How can I activate Tier 3 seats in Paperguide?

This guide is designed to help you set up and manage your enterprise subscription within Paperguide.

Whether you're adding team members for the first time or managing subscriptions, we've got you covered.

Enabling subscription for new team member

1. Go to “Settings” screen

2. Click on “Subscriptions.” If you have the Tier 3 plan enabled, then you can access the “Members” tab in the subscriptions view.

3. In the Members tab, enter the e-mail of the user you want to add to your enterprise subscription.

Managing team members in enterprise subscription

1. Go to the “Settings” screen and then click on “Subscriptions.”

2. In Members tab, you can view the users who were added to your enterprise plan

3. To remove a user, click on the “Deactivate” button beside the user mail ID. This will remove all Tier 3 plan benefits for the user.

4. To add the deactivated user again, click on the “Activate” button for the respective user.

5. You can add up to 3 users to your Tier 3 plan (including the admin (registered) account).
