How do I search papers from Public Research Database?

Learn how to search research papers from the Public Research Database using Paperguide features.

With Paperguide you can discover papers for your research question or topic using AI Search and Literature Review

Paperguide allows you to search papers with two features. They are:

In AI Search, simply ask a question, and our system will do the heavy lifting by searching for the most relevant papers on your topic. We analyze these papers and provide a clear, concise answer to your question, along with the references used to generate the response.

  1. Go to AI Search tab on the Home page

  2. Ask a research question or enter research topic

  • Paperguide will search through a research database of 200 million+ papers and find out the most relevant papers for your topic and answer the question.

  • Along with the answer, you'll receive a list of the top relevant papers in the References section.

  • Add the papers into reference manager by clicking References button below the paper title or chat with them (if they have a PDF available)

  • Use Filters to refine the research further, both in literature review section and AI search section

Searching Papers with Literature Review

Our Literature Review feature helps to find the most relevant papers for your search/question and analyze them using multiple columns in a table-formatted view.

  1. Go to Literature Review tab on the Home page

  2. Ask a research question or enter research topic

  • Paperguide will provide the top 8 papers (top 5 for non-subscribed) that are most related to your question. On clicking load more, we’ll load the next top 5 papers.

  • Add the papers into reference manager by clicking References button below the paper title
